Refunds

You may stop using Krokki at any time and get back the unused part of your balance (Article 32 of the Russian Federation Law “On Consumer Rights Protection” and Article 782 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). The only amount withheld is the cost of model requests that have already been completed.

You can also cancel a subscription at any time. Automatic renewal can be turned off in the app, and the paid period stays active. If you want your money back for a subscription, we refund the part of its price that corresponds to the unused full days of the paid period, and plan access ends on the day of the refund.

How to request a refund

Send a request to info@krokki.com from the email address linked to your Krokki account. Please include your full name, the email address of your account, the amount to be refunded (or “the entire balance”), the date and amount of the payment and, if you did not pay by card, the details for the transfer. You can also send the request by post to info@krokki.com (a postal address for written correspondence is provided on request).

Timing and method

We review the request and return the money within 10 calendar days of receiving it. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise with you. How long it takes for the money to reach your card depends on your bank and is usually 1 to 10 business days. Once the full balance has been refunded, your account can be closed at your request.

If the service was not provided properly

If a request failed because of a problem on our side but you were still charged, let us know and we will return the amount to your balance or refund it in money. The quality of a model's answer as such is not grounds for a refund, because the output of artificial intelligence is probabilistic by nature (Section 7 of the Offer).
